But what if there was a different way to approach life—not with control or forced positivity—but with curiosity?
Let me explain.
Curiosity is Manifestation’s Best-Kept Secret
Curiosity is not just a trait; it’s a frequency. It’s an energetic stance. A gentle alertness that awakens the imagination and unlocks your nervous system from its default loop of fear, comparison, or doubt.
It’s also a missing link in most manifestation practices.
Because here’s what most people do when they want to manifest something:
They visualise the end result.
They affirm it repeatedly
They try to “feel good” all the time.
But without one vital ingredient—the openness to explore what’s possible without needing to control how—the process stalls.
That ingredient?
Curiosity.
When you approach your desires through curiosity, you soften the pressure. You shift from “I need to make this happen” to “I wonder what’s possible for me today.”
That shift alone changes your energy. It moves you from resistance to receptivity.
And that’s exactly what the Curiosity Method is designed to do.
To prove it, just take a moment to feel your responses when you ask this question outloud:
“I wonder what opportunity will come to me today?” or
“I wonder how I will get that ticket to…”
“The most powerful way to start your day is with curiosity.”
Why Curiosity/Wonderment Works (According to Your Body + Brain)
This is not just spiritual fluff. Here’s what’s happening beneath the surface:
Your nervous system calms. Intentional Curiosity signals safety through the openness to discover more - which over a period of time can also improve your health and well-being.
Your brain activates its reward system. Neuroscience confirms curiosity triggers dopamine—the same chemical that fuels movement, motivation, and focus.
Your brain’s filtering system opens - Neuroscience also confirms that curiosity open your Reticular Activating System to allow more information in.
Your energy rises. When you feel safe and inspired, your frequency naturally aligns with abundance.
You take better action. Dopamine fuels action - it flows easily when fear is no longer in the driver’s seat.
Technique: The Curiosity Method
This technique is simple—but profoundly powerful.
Here’s how to do it:
Every morning, before you reach for your phone or scroll through noise, pause and ask yourself:
What frequency would I be resonating at if I already had my desired outcome?
Does that match my current frequency?
If the answer is no—don’t shame yourself or force false positivity.
Instead, shift gently.
But how do we shift?
Through wonder. Just by asking another intentional curiosity question like:
What would I be doing right now if I had my desired manifestation?
What would I be experiencing?
How would I be feeling?
How would I dress?
What would I smell like if I had my desired outcome?
Go through all your sense including your emotions.
Here’s an example:
“I wonder how I will be commuting to work from my new home (name where you would like to move to) and how long will it take me?”
Then list all the things this question inspires utilising all your senses.
You may even choose to deepen this exercise by filling at least one sheet of paper with everything you would experience if your manifestation were already real—capturing both the grand and the subtle. Include the things you savour, the moments that delight you, and the details that root you in the present with joy and gratitude.
Once done, take a moment to notice how this feels within your body. Does your inner guidance system feel in agreement—or is there resistance? This awareness is powerful. It awakens you to your current habits and how they actually make you feel. From there, your inner rational mind can start to explore more aligned ways to feel, think, and act. In essence, your curiosity becomes a tool for rewiring—gently conditioning your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours toward more positive, productive habits. It creates a natural feedback loop where awareness fuels better choices, and better choices reinforce your alignment.
Finally, end with a question. Just one.
“And I wonder what other miracles will come to me now?”
That’s the activation moment.
This one sentence invites the Universe to play. It opens the space between where you are and where you want to go—not with pressure, but with presence and openness.

Tomorrow morning, try it.
Start your day with curiosity—not expectation.
Ask more intentional empowering questions.
And feel what shifts in your energy.
Then, when you realise curiosity is the most empowering way to start your day, make it a ritual.
Because curiosity doesn’t require certainty. It only requires intention—make sure your intention is based around what you want, not what you don’t want.
And in the manifestation process, that curiosity opens doors logic can’t even see.
You don’t need to “figure it all out.”
